Foretrack does Sport Relief! - March 2008.
On Sunday 16th March 2008, ten members of the Foretrack team ran 6 miles in Southampton to raise money for Sports Relief!
Foretrack joined hundreds of others to brave the cold and rain to complete the challenge. The team ran proudly wearing the trademark orange Foretrack logo amongst the Starship Troopers and Fire Brigade, all running to make a difference.
We tracked the team’s progress on the Foretrack system using a portable Ocellus S100 tracking device carried by one member of the team who completed the 6 mile run in just under one hour and ten minutes with a maximum speed of 6 miles per hour!
Everybody pushed personal boundaries to achieve their goals. The fastest of which completed the 6 miles in an incredible 48 minutes!
The Foretrack team have so far raised over £500 for Sports Relief and are still counting!
